These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) apply to any order placed on the website www.cebelys.com (hereinafter the “Website”), operated by LES CRAYONS DE CELINE, a limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €5,000, registered with the Tarascon Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 92226925300014, whose registered office is located at 13160 CHATEAURENARD, FRANCE.

PURPOSE

The purpose of these T&Csnditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale of limited-edition ready-to-wear apparel and accessories, available for order on the Site

PRODUCTS

The products presented on the Website are described and photographed with the utmost care. Each piece is offered in a limited edition. Product offers remain valid as long as they are displayed on the Website, subject to available order quantities.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Manufacturing and processing times are estimated at a maximum of 20 to 25 business days from order confirmation. Once the piece has been made, it is shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery costs are covered by the CEBELYS brand. A shipping confirmation email, including the invoice, is sent to the customer.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is due immediately upon ordering, via the secure payment method.

The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a request to contact@cebelys.com. Return instructions will then be provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who must send the items back with the return form.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags intact. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be refunded.

The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return, using the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

As the brand’s products are offered by pre-order and in limited editions, exchanges are not possible. Customers wishing to order a different size or model must return the item in accordance with the applicable terms and place a new order, subject to availability.

LIABILITY

The company shall not be held liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the products. Likewise, it shall not be held liable for any failure to meet its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Website, whether visual or audio, including the CEBELYS brand, are the exclusive property of the company or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL DATA

The information collected is processed for the purpose of managing orders and customer relations. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data.

APPLICABLE LAW

These T are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
