RETURNS

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit a return request.

All requests must be sent to: contact@cebelys.com, stating your order number.

Instructions and the return address will be provided to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition:
– unworn
– unwashed
– with their tags and original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any item returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUND

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, after the return has been received and approved.

CEBELYS creations are crafted exclusively to order, in strictly limited editions or as one-of-a-kind pieces, upholding the finest couture-grade standards and French savoir-faire

Exchanges are not offered.

For any change of size or style, you must make a return and then place a new order, subject to availability.

The sizes and styles available to order are those shown on the website at the time of purchase.
